Recently placed an order for 10 crystal tankards with a logo and wording to be etched, we received a graphical artwork proof within a few hours and once approved our order arrived in 10 days and we can't recommend them enough, the engraving is perfect and the clarity and finish is the best we have seen. Pricing also very good and a friendly and professional company all round. If you are looking to getting it done right first time, we advise checking them out.
